Introduction
John Nwandilobi Onyebueze Foundation is a voluntary, charitable, and non-profit organization that caters to educational upliftment and qualitative health care opportunities for the less privileged families in our communities.
Purpose and Vision
The primary purpose of John Nwandilobi Onyebueze Foundation is to foster a stable society that beholds equal opportunities to education, healthcare services, and social welfare. We strive to promote good access and opportunities to education and healthcare, as a direct intervention to uplift social stability and individual’s enhancement.
Recognition
This foundation is dedicated to Ezeji Chief John Nwandilobi Onyebueze (1937 – 1998), who led an exemplary life as a community leader, successful businessman, strong disciplinarian, and a great family man, well respected by his peers and community. Born as the first son to the industrious and opulent family of late Ezeji Michael Ajagba and late Ezede Mrs. Nwanyiocha Ajagba in 1937. He successfully completed his standard school education in Ntigha, Abia State, and obtained both secondary and technical education at the then Government Trade Centre (GTC), Enugu, now Government Technical College, in the former Eastern Nigeria province.
Ezeji Chief John Nwandilobi Onyebueze started his career with Niger Motors, a division of UAC, as technical staff and retired as a manager with meritorious accomplishment, and upon retirement, Ezeji Chief John Nwandilobi Onyebueze became the CEO/General manager of JOCNE Nig. Enterprises that specialized in commercial and business ventures such as petroleum product distribution, commercial farming, and animal husbandry. His key recognition includes Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) best farmer of the year (1996), and post humus as CBN farmer of the year (1998).
Ezeji Chief John Nwandilobi is survived by his lovely matriarch, Lolo Virginia Nwanyioma Onyebueze, a retired professional registered nurse/midwife, and many children namely, Chief/Mrs. Gertrude Chioma Nwoke, Mr. Godfrey Chikezie Onyebueze, Engr. Julius Obinna Nnandilobi, Chief Roland Ezeukwu Onyebueze, Chief/Dr John Ugochukwu Onyebueze, Mrs. Vivian Uchechi Patrick, Mr. Chika Donald Ucheji and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Odochi Joseph-Ujoor.
